Overview

Morgan focuses his practice on estate planning and general corporate law. His estate planning practice includes preparing wills, trust agreements, and other related estate planning documents. He facilitates and creates asset protection plans, as well as provides counsel to individuals and families on charitable giving.

As part of his general corporate law practice, Morgan provides legal advice to both individuals and business entities in areas including entity formation, contract issues, and general corporate governance. He also guides non-profit organizations through the tax exemption process, while assisting with non-profit governance.
